Welcome to Husbands Bosworth Surgery

We are a practice with an enthusiastic team dedicated to providing an excellent service. We hope to use our surgery website as a way of presenting all our patients with an up to date resource for all information relating to our practice. We will keep it current with any news, developments & details that are relevant to the practice & our patients.

If you decide to register as a patient with us and you live within our catchment area all you need to do is come into to the Reception and complete a form. We would like you to have a registration medical as it sometimes takes a few weeks before your notes are received from the Health Authority. If you are on repeat medication, please bring your repeat slip with you.

Whilst we have a branch surgery in the Village Hall, West Street, Welford, all of our patients are registered with the Husbands Bosworth Surgery. You can make an appointment to see any of our doctors or nurses. It is important that you are aware that it is practice policy that we do not tolerate violent and/or abusive patients. In such cases, the patient may be removed from our practice list.

You must attend appointments and be on time. If you arrive 10 minutes after your appointment you may not be seen.
